The CIA published a statement in Persian aimed at Iranians who wish to contact the agency. The statement said, "Hello. Suggestions for securely communicating with the Central Intelligence Agency are provided below. Your safety and security are our top priority. Please take the necessary security measures according to your personal situation to protect yourself."

The video shared detailed instructions on how Iranians can communicate, recommending the use of virtual private networks or Tor networks while avoiding work computers and office phones.
