In the drug investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, test results of 14 out of 21 suspects, from whom blood and hair samples were taken, came back positive. The test result of the famous actor Can Yaman, who was detained as part of the investigation and later released to return to Italy, was negative.
A report was prepared by the Forensic Medicine Institution regarding 21 suspects from whom blood and hair samples were taken as part of the drug investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.
14 NAMES' TEST RESULTS ARE POSITIVE According to the report, drug substances were found in the test results of 14 of the suspects. Among these names are the detained social media celebrity Bilal Hancı, actress Melis Sabah, and Ibrahim Barut, the son of Nezih Barut, the owner of Abdi İbrahim.

As soon as he was released, Yaman went to Italy, where he resides, and in his first statement on social media, he reacted to the news about him. The 36-year-old actor stated in his post, "Dear Italian press... The Turkish press has always treated me badly, this is not new. But please do not copy-paste the news coming from the Bosphorus. Do you think I could be wandering around with drugs at a time when the police are conducting tough investigations and arresting many famous people? If it were true, I wouldn't have been released so quickly and could not have returned to Italy the next day."
INVESTIGATION As part of the drug investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, searches were also conducted at nightclubs and the Bebek Hotel. It was claimed that famous individuals registered at Bebek Hotel under different names, went to the VIP sections on the upper floors in groups, and used drugs, and that the customers entering the hotel were not searched, and there were no X-ray devices.
In a previous operation, 19 suspects, including the owner of Bebek Hotel, Muzaffer Yıldırım, were arrested, while in the mentioned operation, in addition to Can Yaman, 6 more people were detained. Yaman was released after his procedures at the police station, while it was decided to arrest other suspects Ayşe Tarım, Ayşe Sağlam, and Ceren Alper, and to apply judicial control measures to Burak Fahri Yön, Nilüfer Batur Tokgöz, and Selen Görgüzel.
