In the indictment prepared by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, it was stated that Neslihan Damla Aktepe, known as social media phenomenon Danla Biliç, came to the police station and indicated that her former boyfriend Berk Çetin had previously assaulted her, and that a separate investigation was being conducted regarding this matter. The indictment also included the statement of the ex-boyfriend Berk Çetin. In his statement, Çetin mentioned that he pushed Aktepe in a moment of anger on the day of the incident, but he did not punch her. After reviewing the footage from the scene, it was reported that Çetin hit Aktepe on the head and face.
