Dilan Polat: Seçil Erzan warned me about something while I was in prison.

"He was arrested for the crime of 'money laundering' and after being released, Dilan Polat continued her posts on social media. In her story, she shared a memory with her cellmate, former bank branch manager Seçil Erzan. Polat mentioned that Erzan, who is being tried for allegedly defrauding more than 30 people, including famous football players, had warned her about something.

Dilan Polat stated in her story shared on social media, "When you recite 'Ya Quddûs' 170 times into a glass of water and drink it, your panic attack will cease. You should try it too. It is good for panic attacks and anxiety." Later, Polat mentioned that she was doing dhikr and said she would drink the water in three sips, adding, "By the way, Seçil had taught me this. She would make me do it every day. She would remind me, and I would remind her. She was a very good girl. May God be her helper. She didn't want me to talk too much about her; she had personally warned me when she was leaving. What happened there stays there."

Additionally, Polat shared the prayer that Seçil Erzan had taught her, saying, "We would drink it in three sips to find healing with Seçil."
