THEY ENDANGERED PUBLIC HEALTH

It was determined that 55 kilograms of meat unsuitable for consumption were offered for sale in a butcher shop owned by a foreign national. In the inspection conducted by the team under the management of Zoning Director Eşref Şimşek, the heavy odor inside the shop and the completely unsanitary environment drew attention. It was reported that a large portion of the meat on the counter had spoiled and started to smell, and that the cleanliness conditions of the establishment were far below the regulations.

THE DOOR WAS LOCKED

Upon the instruction of Serik Mayor Kadir Kumbul, the establishment was sealed and banned from operation. The health-hazardous products seized were collected by the teams for destruction.

The zoning teams announced that inspections would continue frequently to ensure food safety in the district. It was emphasized that no establishment endangering the health of citizens would be tolerated and that legal sanctions would be applied decisively.
