WHAT HAD HAPPENED?
On April 20 in the Tarsus district, S.G. was alleged to have sexually abused a child born in 2015 while giving saz courses. Following the family's complaint, he was arrested on April 22 as part of an investigation conducted by the Tarsus Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.
As a result of an expert examination of his mobile phone, photos indicating that he had also abused other children were found, and he was charged with "qualified sexual abuse of a child in a repeated manner," "simple sexual abuse of a child," "qualified sexual abuse of a child," and "obscenity."
The Mersin Governorship reported that S.G.'s business, where musical instruments were sold, was sealed due to course activities conducted outside the purpose of the license.
