The scene encountered during an inspection at a bakery in the Sincan district of Ankara shocked even the municipal teams. While the dough in the mixing bowl was seen overflowing onto the floor, the business owner's defense of "It inevitably overflows" doubled the scandal.

In the Sincan district of Ankara, municipal teams conducted a comprehensive inspection of bakeries. Sincan Municipality General Coordinator İsmail Can Ocak also participated in the inspection. The teams checked the production areas and sales points one by one to examine the compliance of food with hygiene rules. On-site interventions were made to businesses that endangered public health, and necessary legal proceedings were initiated.

DOUGH SPILLING FROM THE DOUGH TROUGH

The scene encountered in one bakery during the inspection also shocked the teams. It was observed that dough spilling from the dough trough had fallen to the ground. In response to the business owner's statement, "The dough inevitably spills," General Coordinator Ocak reacted.

Ocak objected to the situation by saying, "So, does every day a citizen have to eat your unhygienic products due to a lack of staff?" The business owner was unable to respond after these words.

EXPIRED PRODUCTS IN THE SAME PLACE

In another section of the bakery, it was observed that expired products were found alongside products that had not yet reached their expiration date. Those moments were captured by the inspection cameras. İsmail Can Ocak instructed that necessary legal actions be taken against the business in question.
