MUŞ GOVERNORATE: WE ARE SUSPENDING EDUCATION FOR ONE DAY
In Muş, due to adverse weather conditions, education has been suspended across the province tomorrow. In a statement from the governorate, it was noted that according to the latest meteorological assessment, snowfall is expected to continue in the city.
Due to the risk of icing, it was reported that education would be suspended tomorrow in all official and private educational institutions (excluding universities) across the province, and it was stated that pregnant and disabled employees working in public institutions, as well as women with children attending kindergarten and daycare, would be considered on administrative leave.
SUSPENSION OF EDUCATION IN AKSARAY
Due to the effective snowfall in Aksaray, it was reported that education would be suspended in all schools across the city tomorrow. In a statement from the governorate, it was noted that due to the expected heavy snowfall and the anticipated icing and blizzard, education would be suspended in all official formal and non-formal educational institutions on February 14.
Additionally, it was stated that pregnant and disabled personnel working in public institutions, as well as mothers with disabled children and personnel with chronic illnesses, would be considered on administrative leave for one day.
HOLIDAY DECISION FROM NİĞDE GOVERNORATE
In Niğde, education has been suspended for one day due to adverse weather conditions. In a written statement from the governorate, it was noted that according to data obtained from the General Directorate of Meteorology, heavy snowfall and icing are expected in the city tomorrow.
The statement said, "In order to prevent possible adverse conditions that may arise due to weather conditions, considering the mobility of public employees and students between the provincial center and districts, education has been suspended for one day on Friday, February 14, 2025, in all official and private kindergartens, preschools, primary schools, secondary schools, high schools, vocational training centers, non-formal education institutions, private teaching courses, and special education and rehabilitation centers by our governorate's decision."
