Speaking about the connection between human health and frequencies, and stating that nature raises human frequency, Yasemin Akpınar said, "When we live too much in the worldly, our frequency drops. There are many environmental factors. 440 Hz, I call it the devil's frequency. There are many broadcasts and series that bring us to the devil's frequency. As we move away from the earth and nature, the frequency begins to drop."

Referring to the effects of prayer and prostration on frequencies, Akpınar stated, "Our heart works with the 'Ya Allah' frequency without stopping. Since this body works with vibration, think of it like a machine, it creates a magnetic field. When you go into prostration during prayer, your body takes the shape of the golden ratio, blood flows to the brain and activates the area between your two eyes, your third eye. When your hands, feet, and knees are on the ground, you are grounding. With all of these, your third eye, which is your eye from the heart, will be open." she expressed.
