Fenerbahçe Club announced that the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting will be held on Monday, March 23, at Chobani Stadium. The meeting will discuss amendments to the articles of association, an increase in the registered capital ceiling, and the approval of the election of board members.
The Fenerbahçe Club has published a notification regarding the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting.
DATE AND AGENDA ANNOUNCED
In the notification made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it was stated that the meeting will be held on Monday, March 23, 2026. The meeting will take place at Chobani Stadium and will start at 14:00.
According to the notification made to KAP by the yellow-blue club, the agenda items are as follows:
1 - Opening and establishment of the meeting presidency.
2 - With the condition of obtaining legal permissions, the amendment of Article 3 titled "Company's Business Subject", Article 7 titled "Shares/Type and Group", Article 12 titled "Formation Style of the Board of Directors, Election Eligibility and Provisions Related to the Structure of the Board of Directors and Independent Board Members", Article 15 titled "Board of Directors Meetings, Quorums" and Article 36 titled "Compliance with Corporate Governance Principles and Provisions to be Applied", as well as the increase of the registered capital ceiling in relation to Article 6 titled "Shares" will be discussed and decided.
3 - In accordance with Articles 12 and 13 of our Company's Articles of Association, the elections of board members made by the Board of Directors' decision within the framework of Article 363 of the Turkish Commercial Code will be submitted for the approval of the General Assembly.
