Suffered a Nervous Breakdown
According to neighbors, Joss's house had completely burned down in a fire that occurred in February. The actor returned to the land of his burned house last Sunday to collect a relief check. However, when he saw the skeleton of one of his dogs that died in the fire, he suffered a nervous breakdown and began shouting at those around him. During this time, a dispute broke out between him and Ceja, who lived on the same street. Shortly after, Ceja got into his vehicle, went to Joss, shot him, and fled the scene. Neighborhood residents stated that the two neighbors had frequently argued in the past, and that Joss sometimes shouted loudly at night, prompting police calls. Some neighbors also reported witnessing Joss climbing onto his roof and making noise with pots and pans. It was noted that Joss's house was being heated with a barbecue grill because the electricity had been cut off, which led to the fire.
