BYLOCK PROGRAM DETECTED
Based on the instructions given within the scope of the investigations conducted by the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office Terror Crimes Investigation Bureau regarding the civil structure of the FETÖ/PDY armed terrorist organization; it was determined that 9 suspects, who were involved in various organizational activities and used the organization's secret communication tool, the ByLock messaging program, would be detained in 2 provinces centered in Ankara as part of a simultaneous operation to be carried out starting from March 25, 2026.
OPERATION CONTINUES
It was reported that the Ankara Provincial Police Department's Financial Crimes Investigation Branch teams continued the operations aimed at capturing the suspects and transferring them to the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.
