Fikret Orman, Hakan Sabancı, Kerim Sabancı, Didem Soydan, and Güzide Duran, among 14 people detained as part of a drug investigation, were seen for the first time. The famous individuals were brought to the Forensic Medicine Institution to provide hair and blood samples.
In a statement made by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, it was noted that an investigation has been initiated against those involved in order to protect the general morality of society, the structure of society, and the family order.
The statement reported that when the work done and the evidence collected were evaluated together, detention orders were issued for 16 suspects who "possessed drugs for personal use or facilitated drug use."
14 CELEBRITIES TAKEN INTO CUSTODY, 2 WANTED
In the statement, it was expressed that simultaneous operations were carried out at 16 addresses by the Istanbul Narcotic Crimes Investigation Branch teams to capture the suspects, and it was recorded that 14 suspects were taken into custody, while a capture order was issued for 2 suspects.
