We cannot get stuck in their agendas, which only consider their own interests, pockets, and political careers. Instead of words and polemics, we need to produce work and services. Indeed, we are doing this.
"OUR TOURISM REVENUES ARE 61.1 BILLION DOLLARS"
This morning, the tourism figures for 2024 were announced by TÜİK. Accordingly, we have exceeded our targets for 2024. The number of tourists is 62.3 million. Our tourism revenues have reached 61.1 billion dollars. Despite all the difficulties and uncertainties experienced in our region and around the world, we have achieved these figures. Inshallah, we will be in much better places.
KARTALKAYA FIRE
We will ensure that all necessary steps are taken to prevent tragedies like the one in Bolu Kartalkaya from happening again. If there is a problem with the legislation regarding the fire in Bolu, we will resolve it in our esteemed Parliament. We will seek solutions to our problems with common sense for the success of the tourism sector, which is the smokeless industry of the Turkish economy and the biggest source of income for cities like Antalya, which is the breadbasket for millions of our people. We can never allow the greed of those who are blinded by money, who think of nothing but their own profits, to endanger our citizens and guests.

Once again, I pray for the mercy of Almighty Allah for the 78 brothers who lost their lives in the fire tragedy, and I wish healing from Allah for our brothers who are undergoing treatment. While our hearts are burning with the pains of disasters like the hotel fire in Bolu, we are closely following all the efforts being made. We will not spare anyone's tears; we will ensure that anyone responsible for this incident is held accountable for their shortcomings, mistakes, negligence, or faults.
FIGHTING INFLATION
We are monitoring developments in our south, which are vital for our security, and we are planning our own moves. We will not stop until we complete the security line we want to establish and crush the heads of all terrorist organizations. We are following a determined economic program to overcome the high cost of living. As inflation decreases, we will have a better climate and opportunities to increase the welfare income of our fixed-income citizens.
In this critical period, where global and regional balances are being re-established, Turkey has no opportunity to waste or potential to squander, as it did in the past.
REACTION TO ÖZEL: HE DOESN'T HEAR WHAT HE SAYS
They do not want to look at any event in our country and region from a Turkey-centered perspective. The CHP Chairman has made so many blunders and gaffes that even our youth have lost their patience in keeping track of them. He doesn't hear what he says. If we were to give even a day's worth of charity from the struggle we have waged against imperialism and its servants for half a century, it would be enough for the seven generations of the current CHP administration.
