Houses to be built with the Century's Housing Project SPECIAL QUOTAS FOR RETIREES, YOUNG PEOPLE, AND FAMILIES WITH MORE THAN 3 CHILDREN Kurum stated that the distribution of housing will take into account the population of the provinces, saying, "We have identified which regions have seen an increase in housing and rental prices, and where more supply is needed. We have determined our areas according to the needs."
Kurum stated, "This will be a project that will lower housing rents and prices." He conveyed that their goals are to both carry out earthquake transformation and to enable low-income citizens without homes to become homeowners.
Minister Kurum announced that special quotas have been created in the project for the relatives of martyrs, veterans, disabled individuals, retirees, young people, and families with three or more children.
"THOSE WITH TITLE DEEDS FROM OCTOBER 24 WILL NOT BE ABLE TO APPLY" Addressing the application conditions for the project, Kurum noted: "As of October 24, those who have title deeds will not be able to apply. The value that falls to the applicant should not exceed 1 million lira. They may have inherited shared land from their family. The value that falls to their share will not exceed 1 million lira based on the municipality's valuation. Families of martyrs, those affected by terrorism, war, and duty-related disabilities are exempt from this condition. They do not have any real estate condition or maximum income requirement."
HOUSEHOLD MONTHLY NET INCOME MUST BE 145,000 TL FOR ISTANBUL Kurum stated that the monthly net income of the household for application should be a maximum of 145,000 lira for Istanbul and 127,000 lira for other provinces.
INSTALLMENTS WILL START FROM 6,750 TL Kurum mentioned that there are sample apartments in Ankara and Istanbul, and those interested can see these apartments.
Emphasizing that a lower installment than the maintenance fee will be paid, Kurum stated that installments will start from 6,750 lira in Anatolia and 7,313 lira in Istanbul.
APPLICATIONS WILL START ON NOVEMBER 10, FIRST DELIVERY IN MARCH 2027 Kurum expressed that applications for the project will start on November 10, saying, "We will receive applications until December 19. We will start our tenders, that is, the construction process, as of November. We will draw lots in December, and the lottery process will continue until the beginning of March. We will deliver our first houses to our citizens in March 2027."

There will be quotas for our young people, civil servant citizens, and citizens who want to renovate their homes that have undergone urban transformation. Our citizens will apply for those quotas, and if the number of applications exceeds our housing number, we will draw lots in the presence of a notary."
CITIZENS LIVING ABROAD WILL NOT BE ABLE TO APPLY Minister Kurum also mentioned that 500 neighborhood houses will be built within the scope of the Century's Housing Project.
Kurum stated that those with a building usage certificate and citizens living abroad will not be able to apply for the project, but those without income will be able to apply.
THOSE WHOSE NAMES DO NOT COME UP IN THE LOTTERY WILL BE ABLE TO GET BACK THEIR APPLICATION FEES Kurum stated that those whose names do not come up in the lottery will be able to get back their application fees, saying, "Those whose names come up will continue in the process, and those who do not will have their money refunded to their accounts the next day. We will complete the process by March."
"NO INCREASES ABOVE INFLATION WILL BE ALLOWED FOR MAINTENANCE FEES" Kurum referred to the latest works carried out in the earthquake zone, stating that they are active in 3,481 construction sites in 11 provinces with 200,000 workers.
Recalling that 304,836 houses have been delivered in the earthquake zone so far, Kurum stated, "We will deliver the 350,000th house in November. As we promised, by the end of the year, there will be 453,000 rights holders, and we will be delivering all the houses of our rights holders."
Kurum stated that in December, they will hand over the key of the 450,000th house in Hatay with the participation of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
Kurum stated that they are reviewing the regulations regarding shelters, preparing a new regulation, and updating the standards to meet current conditions, saying, "This is not a subject that will impose any extraordinary situation."

All of them will be classified. All will be subject to the supervision of our Ministry. If there is a request from our citizens, we will go and carry out the supervision of the site management. Site management companies will be audited every year. If there are extraordinary situations during the audits, we will carry out the necessary penal and legal processes. The site management company cannot increase fees above inflation. It cannot increase above TEFE and TÜFE, and it must present this to the general assembly within 3 months."
