Galatasaray Club announced to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) that it has signed a contract with Nivak Yapı for the Florya Project tender.

The Galatasaray Club has signed a revenue-sharing agreement with Nivak Yapı for the Florya land.

In a statement made by Galatasaray Sportif AŞ to Borsa İstanbul and published on the Public Disclosure Platform, it was stated, "A revenue-sharing agreement has been signed between our main partner, Galatasaray Sports Club, and Nivak Yapı AŞ regarding the Florya land owned by Galatasaray Sports Club."

Regarding the matter, the club's official website also made the following announcement:

"As per the evaluation and results report dated 19.06.2025 prepared following the tender conducted by the Tender Commission, a revenue-sharing agreement has been signed with Nivak Yapı AŞ, which submitted the best offer. The advance amount to be collected under the contract will be used in accordance with the authority granted at the extraordinary general assembly meeting held on 06.07.2024."
