Galatasaray Club Vice President Niyazi Yelkencioğlu spoke at the signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement. Yelkencioğlu commented on the targeted sponsorship revenue by the end of May, saying, "When we took office in 2022, our income from sponsors was around 17 million dollars. Today, just the football team's jersey and shorts have reached 41 million euros. Hopefully, we aim to reach 120 million euros by the end of May."
Galatasaray Club Vice President Niyazi Yelkencioğlu stated that they aim to achieve 120 million euros in sponsorship revenue by the end of May. Niyazi Yelkencioğlu made statements regarding current issues at the signing ceremony of the collaboration agreement held with PUBG Mobile at RAMS Park.
'A SOLUTION WILL BE FOUND FOR WHAT HAS HAPPENED'
Referring to the raincoats distributed to fans after their 2-0 loss to Fenerbahçe in the 2025 Turkcell Super Cup final, which caused criticism, Yelkencioğlu said, "Our goal is always to please our fans. We work hard for that. We always know that our fans are by our team's side. We are a family with them. A solution will definitely be found for what has happened. We never want to upset our fans." he stated.

The vice president of the yellow-red club expressed that they will compensate for the loss in the Turkcell Super Cup. In response to the statement that their management was harshly criticized after losing the Turkcell Super Cup, Yelkencioğlu said, "In the last 12 years, we have 14 trophies. 6 of them are from the Super League, 4 from the Turkish Cup, and 4 from the Super Cup. Our rival has 2 trophies. One is the Turkish Cup, and the other is the last Super Cup they won. Our fans should be at ease. Galatasaray competes for the championship in every competition it enters. Let's call this a 'road accident.' We have 3 competitions ahead of us. We have very important matches there. We continue on our path. Our technical staff and players are very upset about the loss. We will compensate for this." he expressed.
'120 MILLION EUROS BY THE END OF MAY'
Emphasizing the sponsorship revenues of the yellow-red club, Yelkencioğlu said, "We are breaking records in sponsorship every year. This shows the greatness of Galatasaray. As Galatasaray becomes more successful, our sponsors also increase. When we took office in 2022, our revenue from sponsors was around 17 million dollars. The point we have reached today is that the revenue from just the football team's jersey and shorts has reached 41 million euros. Currently, we are generally at 90 million euros. God willing, we aim to reach 120 million euros by the end of May." he provided information.

When asked how many transfers Galatasaray Sportif AŞ Vice President Abdullah Kavukcu would return with after going to Italy for transfer work, Yelkencioğlu said, "Transfers are something that develops daily. It will shape according to the discussions there. The best information will be provided by the friends in the football department. They just went there. When we mention a number, expectations arise. We will transfer the best players that befit Galatasaray. At the beginning of the season, we signed 5 players worldwide.
