A striking claim has emerged regarding Gürsel Tekin, who was appointed as a trustee following the cancellation of the CHP Istanbul Provincial Congress and the removal of Provincial Chairman Özgür Çelik and his administration. It was alleged that Tekin was preparing to enter the provincial building on Monday and, in this context, he reportedly contacted individuals close to Kılıçdaroğlu as well as former CHP provincial and district administrators, saying, "Come with me."
CHP was shaken by the decision of the Istanbul 45th Civil Court of First Instance. The 38th Ordinary Provincial Congress was annulled by the court's decision. Provincial Chairman Özgür Çelik and his administration were temporarily removed from their positions.
