DMM: A DELIBERATE DISINFORMATION CAMPAIGN AGAINST TURKEY
A statement regarding the issue was made on DMM's social media account. The statement said, "The mention of our country in the news about an assassination plot against an Israeli minister published by some media outlets in Israel is the product of a deliberate disinformation campaign against Turkey."
"THE ARRESTED INDIVIDUALS HAVE NO CONNECTION TO TURKEY"
In the statement, it was noted that the issue, which was presented to the Israeli press as a new development, is actually related to an incident that occurred 8 months ago. It was recorded that "the statements of the arrested individuals, confirming that they have no connections to Turkey, are being verified by Red Cross officials. The main aim of the news in question is to create a misleading and intentional perception against Turkey in the international public opinion and thereby harm Turkey's policy towards Palestine. It is strongly announced that the public and relevant authorities should not give credence to these disinformation and black propaganda activities targeting Turkey."
