Recep Hakan Emül, who was shot in the heart by his tenant during a dispute, has passed away. Police teams have initiated efforts to capture the fleeing suspect.
The tenant-landlord dispute ended in brutality. A murder was committed in broad daylight on İkiyüzlü Çeşme Street in the Yedikule neighborhood of Fatih, Istanbul.

According to allegations, Recep Hakan Emül, who was arguing with his tenant for an unknown reason in front of his workplace, was shot by his tenant. Emül, who was shot in the chest, was seriously injured while the assailant fled the scene. Upon hearing the gunshots, nearby residents alerted the police and medical teams to the scene.
Recep Hakan Emül, who was seriously injured by a bullet that hit his heart, was taken to the hospital by ambulance after the first intervention. Despite all the medical efforts at the hospital, Recep Hakan Emül lost his life.
Police teams have launched an operation to capture the fleeing suspect.

Göksel Önal, a neighbor of Recep Hakan Emül, who said he heard a gunshot while having dinner at home, stated, "At first, we thought the children were setting off firecrackers. When I went outside, our friend and neighbor Hakan, whom we have known for years, was lying on the ground. He had been shot in the heart. We couldn't understand what happened. According to what was said, he was shot by his tenant. They took his tenant's wife to the police station, but the shooter has not been caught. There were no other injured people. The neighbor said he was dead, but we couldn't be sure. He had been shot in the heart," he said.
