The incident occurred at the Köprübaşı Ulu Mosque before the Friday prayer. A street dog, reportedly escaping the cold weather, entered the mosque. While the congregation was in shock, the dog ran around among the citizens for a while. Some were afraid of the dog, while others greeted it with a smile.
