In the investigation of the Gezi Park case, manager Ayşe Barım was released under judicial control measures. Following the court's decision, Ayşe Barım was freed in the evening hours, where she was met by tabloid reporters outside the prison. Barım, who had a phone conversation with her relatives and expressed her disappointment for not being welcomed, was seen saying, "Let my state see, I have no one behind me."
Manager Ayşe Barım, who was arrested as part of the Gezi Park investigation, appeared before the judge for the second time in the case where she is being tried for "aiding and abetting an attempt to overthrow the government of the Republic of Turkey or to partially or completely prevent it from performing its duties by using force and violence."
COURT RELEASE DECISION
In the hearing at the Istanbul 26th High Criminal Court, defendant Barım and her lawyers attended. Many famous names were also present as spectators in the courtroom. After Barım's defense was taken, the court announced its interim decision. The panel decided to release the defendant with judicial control conditions of "prohibition from leaving the residence" and "prohibition from leaving the country," reasoning that the expected benefit of detention could also be achieved through judicial control, considering the reports regarding Barım's brain and heart conditions, the findings in the conclusion section of the Forensic Medicine Institution's report, the proposed treatments and procedures, and the duration she spent in detention.

"I MISSED MY LIFE SO MUCH"
Later, Barım was taken by car to a gas station where her relatives were located by magazine reporters, and she also gave a short interview in the vehicle. Barım, who said, "You caught me before my family," expressed, "My health has been quite bad in the last 3-4 months. I lost 32 kilos. I was released under house arrest; we went through very difficult days. And finally, I am very, very happy. I missed my life so much. I missed hugging, loving, and being loved."
"UNFORTUNATELY, I CANNOT SAY ANYTHING"
Regarding the ongoing legal process, Barım stated, "Unfortunately, I cannot say anything." After meeting her family at the gas station, Barım then got into a car and drove away.
