If a 15% increase in teacher salaries is implemented in July 2025, the salary of a head teacher will rise to 70,529 TL, while the salary of a contracted teacher will increase to 53,412 TL. The lowest salary will be paid to teachers at the 9/1 level, amounting to 52,192 TL. The rate of increase will be finalized with the June inflation rate.
Based on the inflation rate that occurred in the first 5 months of 2025, a 15% increase in teacher salaries is expected to be implemented in July. If this rate is realized, the new salaries that teachers will receive according to their degrees have also started to become clear.

According to the salary increase scenario, the highest salary will be paid to head teachers at 70,529 TL. The salary of contracted teachers will rise to 53,412 TL.
