The Galatasaray side initially approached Icardi's request with caution, stating that the pre-season camp is critical for team cohesion. However, the player's situation changed after he documented his circumstances and communicated directly with the management. It was learned that Icardi was granted an additional two weeks of leave due to the private and sensitive nature of the matter, saying, "Let me return after I handle the court matters."
