In the investigation regarding the allegation that positive drug test results at Siirt Training and Research Hospital were changed to negative through bribery, 19 of the 30 suspects detained have been arrested, and efforts to capture 10 suspects are ongoing.
ALLEGATION OF DRUG TEST RESULTS BEING CHANGED FOR MONEY
The investigation into the allegation that drug test results at Siirt Training and Research Hospital were changed for money is ongoing. A total of 40 suspects were issued arrest warrants for "forgery of official documents," "bribery," and "concealment, alteration, or destruction of evidence." Of these, 30 suspects were detained in operations carried out in Siirt, Istanbul, Izmir, Mersin, and Diyarbakır. After their procedures at the police station, 30 suspects, including 8 hospital staff, were referred to the courthouse.
EFFORTS CONTINUE TO CAPTURE 10 FUGITIVE SUSPECTS
After their interrogations at the prosecutor's office, 19 of the suspects were arrested by the on-duty magistrate. Judicial control measures were imposed on 4 of the 11 suspects who were released. Efforts to capture the 10 fugitive suspects are ongoing.
