This apartment in Bağcılar, Istanbul, listed for rent at a monthly price of 8,000 TL, is one of those examples. The 1+1 apartment located on the ground floor, particularly the kitchen and bathroom areas, raises significant questions regarding hygiene conditions, as can be understood from the photos.
The listing, shared with a note stating "next to the tram stop in Bağcılar Central Neighborhood, close to the metro and Bağcılar Square, suitable for foreigners," seems to have not attracted much interest from singles and foreign tenants, despite being published at the end of June.
On the other hand, the listing was not shared directly by the homeowner but through a real estate company. Those wishing to rent this apartment also need to pay a real estate commission.
