A lawsuit was filed against Fatma Zehra Kınık by the Anadolu Chief Public Prosecutor's Office for the crime of "causing death and injury by negligence," with a request for a prison sentence of 2 to 15 years, as Çeki lost his life and 4 others were injured in the accident.
