The tension within the CHP's headquarters continues to spill over into the provinces. In Düzce, Kenan Akın, appointed to replace Özcan Dağıstanlı who was dismissed by the Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu administration, and his associates broke down the door of the provincial building locked by the former management by kicking it. Police arriving at the scene struggled to calm the scuffle that broke out among party members.
After the dismissal and new appointment decisions in CHP, tensions have spread to Düzce. Kenan Akın, appointed to replace Düzce Provincial Chairman Özcan Dağıstanlı, who was removed by the Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu administration, broke down the door to enter the provincial building along with his entourage.

Since the building was locked, Akın broke down the door with a kick and entered. The new management team, who also recorded those moments with their mobile phone cameras, forcibly opened the doors of the rooms.
BANNERS WERE LOWERED, BROCHURES WERE TORN
The first action of the team that entered was to lower the banner featuring CHP Chairman Özgür Özel and Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu, which was hung on the window of the provincial building. It was learned that some brochures and documents inside the building were also torn.
LOCKS WERE CHANGED
A scuffle occurred in front of the building between party members who described the appointment decision as a “trusteeship” and reacted to the situation, and the group supporting Kenan Akın. Police teams arriving at the scene shortly intervened and prevented the tension from escalating.
After the raid, the new management changed all the locks in the provincial building and took control of the building.
