When I looked to see who this man was, I realized he was someone ineffective and useless to the city, who couldn't move a 120-meter-long pipeline owned by the Uşak Municipality, which obstructed the construction of the Elmalıdere Family Health Center in our Uşak province, even 20 meters in a year. Don't worry about the investments to be made in our Uşak province. Go ask how women working in the entertainment venue of the Uşak Mayor are being served home by Uşak Municipality's cars at midnight. The streets of Çanlıtabakhanesi are impassable due to mud. If your face doesn't turn red, ask what difficulties the citizens are facing there. If you're not ashamed, ask in the Dikilitaş Neighborhood, which you haven't visited for a year. Ask and let's see if you are a man or not," he expressed.

CHP Deputy Karaoba, who took the floor on the grounds of provocation, reminded that he has been a physician for 30 years and stated: "I have been serving in Uşak for 25 years. You say 'false information,' so I ask. It is one of the provinces without a service hospital. Were you able to finish your road in Ulubey? I said '5 million stents.' I said, 'Let's have independent institutions audit this year in front of the press.' I said, 'Unqualified appointment.' If we were to do the lies of Mr. İsmail Güneş, the Ulubey Road would be finished. The elongation of your nose would finish the Ulubey Road. The person who has not been able to finish his own road for three terms is now looking for the head of the cardiology department. He says, 'We are missing four cardiologists.' İsmail Güneş is the only one performing heart and vascular surgeries. I have also served as chief physician. Don't come out here and throw around baseless claims. You say what I did is that you demolished two hospitals and turned them into one hospital. You reduced 1100 beds to 800 beds. People are going to Afyon. They are going to Kütahya. This is your shame. I couldn't get a pipe done. Your health director said, 'I will get it done.' You apply there, and we will go together to get it done. You said, 'The high-speed train will be finished,' and you even contradicted the president. The Minister of Transport says '2027.' You said '2028.' In 2014, you said, 'The Gökkaya Dam will be finished.' Now you say, 'We have included it in the project.' You said, 'Three years ago, there was good news about the hospital.' You said, 'Now we have received the investment project.' Look, Mr. İsmail Güneş, everyone understands the service they provide. Is that how you say it? Since you are hitting below the belt, where does your spouse work? My spouse works in Uşak. Yes, she works at Ağaoğlu High School. Where does your spouse work? Do you call it service? I built a Medical Center, providing services worth approximately 100 million to Uşak. My head is held high, and my forehead is open. Come on, let's submit a question proposal."

GÜNEŞ: IT'S NOT A HIGH-PAYING PLACE

Responding to the allegations about his spouse, AK Party's Güneş said: "You say, 'There is one coronary artery.' There are six coronary arteries. There are seven cardiology specialists. Let's come to my spouse... Let me tell you. Anyone who wants can come to the Parliament Hospital. Especially someone comes to one place. It's not a high-paying place, and then ask the personnel here. If there is anyone who is not satisfied with my spouse, let them say, 'Your spouse is getting a favor here and gaining an advantage, not working,' and I will have them resign from their civil service.
