The natural beauties of Bolu, Abant Lake and Gölcük Nature Park, were covered in white due to the effective snowfall in March. While the snow thickness reached 20 centimeters, visitors enjoyed this beautiful scenery by playing snowballs and hiking.
Abant Lake National Park and Gölcük Nature Park, famous for Turkey's natural beauties, were affected by snow in March.
After the snowfall that started at night and continued into the morning, some parts of Bolu city center, as well as Abant and Gölcük, were covered in white. The snow depth reached 20 centimeters in Abant Lake National Park and 15 centimeters in Gölcük Nature Park.
TOURISTS ENJOYED THE SNOW
Those who came to the region for the Ramadan Bayram holiday enjoyed the snow by playing snowballs, walking with the scenery, and taking photos. The teams from the Bolu Nature Conservation and National Parks Directorate celebrated the holiday with visitors and offered them sweets.
On the other hand, visitors also experienced difficult moments due to snowfall and occasional icing.
