The Kırşehir Judiciary Workers Group, serving in Ankara, held its third traditional iftar program. The program was attended by former MP Metin Çobanoğlu, Kır-der president Orhan Aydın, TRT Turkish Folk Music artist Zeynep Cihan, and many other important figures. Group president Judge Murat Bahadır stated that the group's aim is to strengthen cooperation and solidarity among Kırşehir judiciary workers serving in Ankara.

The third iftar program traditionally organized every year by the Kırşehir Judiciary Employees Group, which operates in Ankara, was held on Thursday at the Anadolu Teras Park in Pursaklar, Ankara.

Attending the iftar program were former Kırşehir Member of Parliament and Mayor Metin Çobanoğlu, Kır-der President Orhan Aydın and Board Member Murat Köksal, Kırşehirliler Platform President Demet İyilikbilen, TRT Turkish Folk Music artist Zeynep Cihan, Kırşehirliler Foundation board member Lokman Yıldırım, President of the Keçiören Kırşehirliler Association Hakan Gönen, Mamak Kırşehirliler Association Board Members Adem Öztürk and Adem Orman, Turkey Public Employees Foundation Board Member Erkan Yılmaz, President of the Mucur Kepez Village Association Mahmut Ay, Etimesgut 2nd Notary Sait Şimşir, Ankara Esenboğa Airport staff Mustafa Güven, General Directorate of Meteorology staff İsmail Temir and Mustafa Yıldırım, TPAO staff Nurettin Kansu, Ankara University faculty member Prof. Dr. Hamdi Uysal, Kırşehir businessman Rafet Can, Kırşehir poet Hüseyin Ünlü, retired PTT staff Hüseyin Şahin, and approximately 200 Kırşehir judiciary employees from various professions.

In his opening speech at the iftar program, Group President Judge Murat Bahadır stated that the group, which was established with 40 members in December 2023, has rapidly grown to reach 644 members as of today, and emphasized that the group's aim is to strengthen the feelings of cooperation and solidarity among Kırşehir judiciary employees working in Ankara, and to establish unity and togetherness away from politics.

KIRŞEHİR ARTISTS PERFORMED

After the recitation of the Quran and prayer performed by Musa Yılmaz Hoca and his students at the iftar program, Kırşehir artist Mustafa Çağdaş Yıldız took the stage and performed a music recital consisting of hymns and folk songs accompanied by the pumpkin violin and bağlama. Additionally, TRT Turkish Folk Music artist Zeynep Cihan sang a few folk songs from the great master Neşet Ertaş, the bard of the steppe.

At the end of the iftar program, plaques were presented to the group's 600th member Amine Reyhan Çiğci by group managers Lawyer Cansu Öztürk, to Dursun Ülger, the owner of Anadolu Teras Park, by former Kırşehir Member of Parliament and Mayor Metin Çobanoğlu, to artist Mustafa Çağdaş Yıldız by Judge Zehra Bahadır, and to Lawyer Ali Aydın Akpınar by Group President Judge Murat Bahadır. The program concluded with individual and group souvenir photo sessions.
