STRIKING STATEMENTS IN LIVE BROADCAST
Lawyer Cem Kaya, known for his closeness to the MHP, made striking statements while evaluating the CHP decision on the TGRT live broadcast.
"THIS CASE HAS LEFT THE AGENDA OF TURKEY"
Kaya stated, "What will happen at the end of the day? Let me tell you: The decision that this court will make on October 24 will also be a decision of 'no grounds for a decision.' Note this down. Because the court will say: I have followed all the interim decisions in between and ultimately followed the grand congress on September 21. Therefore, I believe that the decision I will make will also be legally binding. Such a decision will be made. This case has left the agenda of Turkey. I say let's open up new agendas."
