Following the detention of famous news anchors in a drug investigation and the subsequent relationship allegations, another criticism has emerged. In exclusive statements to Haberler.com, veteran news anchor Gülgûn Feyman stated, "Studios have turned into a runway. Anchoring is a profession that requires a serious series of training to obtain a license. These individuals are not my colleagues; I do not accept such a thing."
Experienced news anchor Gülgûn Feyman was a guest on the News Bahane program hosted by Gökay Kalaycıoğlu in the Haberler.com studio.
"EVERYONE IS STANDING, IT'S A SHOW"
Feyman, who made important statements regarding the agenda, also answered questions about news anchors who have recently been the focus of criticism. The veteran anchor stated that studios have turned into catwalks, saying, "We knew journalism as conveying the event as it is. Can you watch the news now? It has turned into a show... News is about presenting what is happening to the audience without commentary. Studios have turned into catwalks. Everyone is standing, it's a show. I don't want to see the news anchor's pants, legs, high heels, or tight skirt," she expressed.

"YOU NEED TO FIND THE BEGINNING OF THE PROCESS AND ASK 'WHAT DID YOU DO?'"
Gülgûn Feyman criticized those who climb the career ladder through relationships without naming names, saying, "The moment you use your profession for personal gain, you are null and void. A company that came for an interview offered, 'Let us renew the seats of your car,' and I said, 'I don't want to hear this.' Here, someone who shows their face on the screen has become a pawn of other jobs. These matters should reach the managers. It's not just that girl alone; I can't look through individuals. I want to look at the big picture. You need to find the beginning of the process and ask 'What did you do?'" she stated.
"I PASSED THE INTERNAL EXAM TO JOIN TRT NEWS CENTER"
Feyman criticized the anchors who have come to the agenda with revealing outfits, saying: "These are not anchors. Anchoring is a qualification gained through a serious series of training. You shouldn't crash the car into the wall. We were selected through an exam from among 8,000 people. We were trained for nearly a year in domestic politics, foreign policy, international relations, and economics. We were also re-examined to see if I could trust you with the microphone, and only 5 people came out without favoritism. Because they will present you to the big jury, the public. There was a ruthless audience. Because there was no competition, there was TRT 1 and TRT 2. We were seasoned in the radio, then we were warmed up to go on television. I passed the internal exam to join the TRT news center. They don't just sit someone in front of the camera like that.
