Mexican Winger Jesus Corona Joins Sevilla From Porto

He will stay at Spanish club until 2025.

Jesus Corona completed his move to Spanish side Sevilla from Porto on Friday.

"Sevilla FC are delighted to announce the club have reached an agreement with FC Porto for the signing of Jesus Manuel Corona," the La Liga club said in a statement.

"The Mexican, who has a Portuguese passport, plays on the right wing and will stay at the club until 2025," it added.

Corona lifted two Portuguese league titles during his six-and-a-half seasons at Porto.

The 29-year-old player started his career at Monterrey in his country before joining the Dutch team Twente in 2013.

He became the three-time CONCACAF Champions League winner with Monterrey.

He also made 63 appearances for Mexico and was part of the 2018 World Cup squad in Russia. -
