Minister Fidan's warning about Hormuz: If the crisis prolongs, a broad coalition against Iran will form.

In a live broadcast, Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan drew attention to the great danger awaiting Tehran if Iran continues to keep the Strait of Hormuz closed. Fidan stated, "Our greatest wish is for the process to be resolved through diplomacy and dialogue. Otherwise, if the crisis prolongs, the formation of a broader coalition against Iran in the region seems inevitable."

Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan made statements regarding the war between the US-Israel and Iran. Minister Fidan, who participated in a live broadcast on A Haber, stated that if Iran continues to keep the Strait of Hormuz closed, the crisis will escalate.

MINISTER FIDAN'S STATEMENT ON HORMUZ

Minister Fidan said: "Currently, two different areas of work are being carried out regarding the Strait of Hormuz. The first is the resolution of existing practical problems, particularly addressing the disruptions experienced with certain ships. The second is how to build a permanent solution, which will constitute one of the key components of a ceasefire and peace agreement to be achieved in the future.

There is also a different discussion initiated by the United States in Europe regarding the Strait of Hormuz. In a scenario where peace cannot be achieved, if military force is required to overcome the problems in the region; discussions are ongoing about how this will be mobilized and how an alliance will be formed among countries. The US has made a call to the regional countries on this matter. However, we observe a different approach in Europe:

"MANY COUNTRIES ARE DIRECTLY AFFECTED BY THE CRISIS"

Although many countries are directly affected by the crisis, there is a tendency to separate the Israel-Iran-US tension from the Hormuz Strait crisis. The main reason for this is the reaction of the European public to the alignment with the US and Israel against Iran in this war. The US must exert serious pressure on Israel.

On the other hand, the tendency to separate the issue from the military crisis is strengthening in order to ensure that trade traffic in Hormuz is not disrupted. It appears that some countries, at least at the level of rhetoric, may support the opening of this traffic. During negotiations, the US side stated that allowing ships from countries with certain flags to pass through the strait would be a "gesture of goodwill."

"THE FORMATION OF A BROADER ANTI-IRAN COALITION IS INEVITABLE"

The Iranian side has also shown a positive approach to this proposal; it has even been stated that Turkish ships could also benefit from this process. Although it may not be appropriate to share more details at this time due to the ongoing package work between the parties, our greatest hope is that the process will be resolved through diplomacy and dialogue. Otherwise, in the event of an extended crisis, the formation of a broader anti-Iran coalition in the region seems inevitable."
