Justice Minister Akın Gürlek announced the 8 names elected to the Supreme Court membership at the General Assembly of the Judges and Prosecutors Council. Among the selected members are significant figures such as the Chief Public Prosecutor of the Kayseri Regional Court of Appeal, Tolgahan Öztoprak, and Supreme Court Prosecutor Hüseyin Kürşad Serbes.
Minister of Justice Akın Gürlek announced the 8 names elected to the Supreme Court as a result of the elections held at the General Assembly of the Judges and Prosecutors Council (HSK). In a statement made on his social media account, Minister of Justice Akın Gürlek said, "As a result of our General Assembly meeting of the Judges and Prosecutors Council, the following have been elected to the Supreme Court; Chief Public Prosecutor of Kayseri Regional Court of Appeal Tolgahan Öztoprak, Supreme Court Prosecutor Hüseyin Kürşad Serbes, Supreme Court Rapporteur Judge İbrahim Acarlı, former Deputy Minister of Justice Niyazi Acar, Chairman of the Commission of Istanbul Anatolian Courthouse Ahmet Kaya, President of the Turkish Justice Academy Bekir Altun, Judge of Büyükçekmece Çimen Atacan Tuna, and Senior Advisor to the Ministry of Justice Musa Kanıcı."
