A frightening incident occurred in Kayseri. According to the information obtained, D.K., who resides on Hakimiyet Street in Barbaros Neighborhood, allegedly entered a state of depression and tried to harm himself.
HE PRESSED A ROTARY KNIFE TO HIS THROAT
Upon notification, police, fire, and medical teams were dispatched to the area. While the police teams took security measures around the area, D.K. climbed out the window and attempted to cut himself with a rotary knife and a spiral. After D.K. activated the spiral, the electricity in the residence was cut off, and D.K. then tried to harm himself with the rotary knife.
