MINISTER FIDAN'S WARNING ON "LEBANON"
Fidan stated that "the war has begun to spread in Lebanon" and that it has also "become increasingly complicated in Iraq," expressing, "Our efforts regarding what kind of steps need to be taken to lift this calamity of war that has descended upon the Islamic world are ongoing."
"ISRAEL'S POLITICAL ASSASSINATIONS IN IRAN MUST END"
Fidan drew attention to Israel's attacks on Iran, saying, "On the other hand, Israel's political assassinations, especially those targeting Iranian statesmen and politicians, are truly illegal activities that fall outside the normal laws of war. These must come to an end as soon as possible."
"I WILL START A REGIONAL VISIT FROM TOMORROW"
Fidan announced that he would begin regional visits starting tomorrow, and continued:
"I will soon have a regional visit to discuss the steps that can be taken to stop the war. I am starting a regional visit from tomorrow. We will meet with the countries in the region. Here, I hope to share both our President's (Recep Tayyip Erdoğan) messages regarding the issue and Turkey's assessments and proposals on how regional peace can be made permanent."
Fidan conveyed that he has met with many Western and Eastern counterparts, gathered their opinions, and evaluated the situation, stating, "Our goal is the same, a geography where everyone lives within their own borders in security and sovereignty, where Palestinians also have their own state, and where Iran, Arabs, and all of us live in peace, tranquility, and security, in sovereignty. This is possible. We have this vision. We will continue to work with great determination for this."
