South Korean Prime Minister Kim Min-seok mentioned that during a meeting with US President Donald Trump on March 13, he was curious whether North Korean leader Kim Jong-un wanted to engage in dialogue and commented that there was "something good" regarding a possible meeting.
Trump and Kim had met three times: in June 2018 in Singapore, in February 2019 in Hanoi, and for the third time in June 2019 in the border village of Panmunjom between North and South Korea.
