A citizen was spotted walking around naked in the center of Kahramankazan, Ankara, last night. The citizen, who was walking around naked in the town center, shouted "Traitor to the homeland." Police intervened with the citizen, who was reported to be out of his mind. Those moments were captured on the cell phones of other citizens traveling in their cars.
