In Muğla, Köyceğiz Deputy Mayor Özgür Örnek was detained on the grounds of issuing fake building usage permits. During searches conducted at the municipality and Örnek's home, a large number of documents and digital materials were confiscated.

Personnel working at the Köyceğiz Municipality in Muğla filed a complaint with CİMER, alleging that Deputy Mayor Özgür Örnek issued numerous fake building usage certificates and obtained unjust financial benefits.
