While the missiles that fell from Iran continue to be a topic on Turkey's agenda, President Erdoğan also addressed the issue in his holiday message. Erdoğan stated, "While taking a very firm stance against actions that violate our airspace, we continue to take steps to strengthen the peace and security of our nation." Erdoğan also called on citizens who will be traveling during the holiday to adhere to traffic rules.

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan published a video message on the occasion of Ramadan Feast.

In his message, Erdoğan congratulated the entire Islamic world on Ramadan Feast, saying, "My dear nation, esteemed brothers and sisters, I greet you with my heartfelt feelings, respect, and affection. We have bid farewell to the sultan of 11 months, which is a means of peace for hearts, abundance for tables, and happiness for homes, and finally, we have reached Ramadan Feast. I sincerely wish that Ramadan Feast brings goodness, kindness, and beauty to our country, our nation, the Islamic world, and all of humanity. I express my gratitude to Almighty Allah, who has allowed us to reach another feast that we will hopefully celebrate in health and well-being."

"WE ARE TAKING A VERY DETERMINED STANCE AGAINST ACTIONS THAT VIOLATE OUR AIRSPACE"

Reminding that the Islamic world is welcoming Ramadan Feast under the shadow of war in many places, President Erdoğan stated, "Unfortunately, the wounds opened all around our heart geography continue to bleed. Our brothers in Gaza are trying to observe Ramadan Feast under the attacks of Israel, which violates ceasefire rules and obstructs humanitarian aid efforts. The occupation and destruction policies in various regions of Palestine, especially in East Jerusalem and the West Bank, and in southern Lebanon continue with all their violence. The attacks initiated against our neighbor Iran with the provocations of Israel on February 28 and Iran's missile and drone retaliations against third countries have further escalated tensions in our region. In the face of this disturbing picture, we never lose our caution and prudence, aware of the responsibility we carry for 86 million. While taking a very determined stance against actions that violate our airspace, we continue to take steps to strengthen the peace and security of our nation," he said.

"IN OUR TERROR-FREE TURKEY PROCESS, WE HAVE SUCCESSFULLY OVERCOME MANY CRITICAL THRESHOLDS WITH EASE"

Speaking about the importance of the Terror-Free Turkey process, President Erdoğan said, "In our 'Terror-Free Turkey' process, which we initiated 17 months ago and whose strategic importance is better understood these days, we have successfully overcome many critical thresholds with ease. The relevant units of our state are diligently fulfilling their duties to ensure that no security gap occurs and that the process is not sabotaged. With the resolution of the issue in northern Syria through consensus, our security concerns have eased, Syria's territorial integrity has been preserved, and we have freed the process from a heavy burden that is prone to exploitation. The report accepted by the National Solidarity, Brotherhood, and Democracy Commission, with the support of all political party groups, presents a comprehensive roadmap. I believe that the opinions regarding the legal aspect of the process will be made with common sense under the roof of our esteemed Parliament in the upcoming period. Steps towards the elimination of the organization will also be taken without delay. Our goal is to bring this beneficial work, which we started considering the bloody scenarios that are intended to be staged in our region, to its destination without any accidents or misfortunes," he said.

"IF NECESSARY, WE WILL WORK 365 DAYS AND 6 HOURS, BUT WE WILL NOT ALLOW TURKEY'S PROGRESS TO BE CUT OFF"

Despite all the difficulties experienced in the region and the world, President Erdoğan stated that the Turkish economy continues to grow, saying, "By keeping our promise to our earthquake-affected brothers on December 27, we have completed 455,327 independent units. In a period when uncertainty is increasing worldwide, we managed to grow our economy by 3.6% last year. With this rate, Turkey became the third fastest-growing country among OECD countries in 2025. Currently, our Central Bank's reserves are at the level of 200 billion dollars. We are making intense efforts to ensure that the excessive increases in oil and natural gas prices do not disrupt our fight against inflation. We are doing our best to ensure that our retirees, workers, civil servants, tradesmen, merchants, and industrialists get through these difficult days, which we hope will be temporary, with the least trouble. No one, none of my citizens should have the slightest doubt about this. Turkey, with God's permission, is safe and in capable hands. It is progressing step by step towards its goals under the management of experienced and qualified personnel. As the government and the alliance, if necessary, we will work 24 hours, if necessary, we will work 365 days and 6 hours, but we will not allow Turkey's progress to be cut off. With these thoughts, I once again congratulate you on your Ramadan Feast," he said.

"I ESPECIALLY URGE OUR CITIZENS WHO WILL TRAVEL TO ADHERE TO TRAFFIC RULES"

Also warning citizens who will travel during the holiday to be careful, Erdoğan said, "I especially urge our citizens who will travel during the holiday to adhere to traffic rules. I wish you a peaceful holiday with your families and loved ones. May your holiday be blessed, stay healthy," he said.
