While the war between the US-Israel and Iran continues, a striking claim has emerged from Europe. According to a report by GLZRadio, based on German officials, the Berlin government is evaluating the possibility of entering into war with Iran.

The report stated that Germany has two different scenarios on the table. Accordingly, Berlin will either directly participate in the military conflict or provide military support to its allies. Possible support options include logistical assistance, provision of military equipment, intelligence sharing, and support for regional operations.

As developments are closely monitored, President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan held a phone conversation with German Chancellor Friedrich Merz. In a statement from the Communications Directorate, it was reported that the discussions focused on attacks against Iran and the subsequent conflict process.

The statement conveyed that Erdoğan emphasized that the conflicts in the region negatively affect both regional and global security. President Erdoğan also expressed the importance of increasing peace-focused contacts to ensure lasting tranquility and encouraging the parties to return to the dialogue ground.
US-ISRAEL'S ATTACKS ON IRAN
While negotiations continue between Tehran and Washington, Israel and the US launched a military attack on Iran on February 28. Iran responded with attacks on targets it identified in several regional countries, including Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, and Bahrain, where US bases are located, in addition to Israel. In the US-Israel attacks, Iranian leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, along with many high-ranking officials, was killed.
