Putin gave the order, Russia is building mobile nuclear shelters.

21.11.2024 11:20

Russia has started mass production of mobile nuclear shelters in response to the risk of nuclear war. This move by Russia comes immediately after the U.S. granted permission for missile use in Ukraine, and the signing of Putin's nuclear doctrine has drawn all attention to the possibility of nuclear war.

Recently, President Joe Biden, who will be handing over his position in the United States, granted permission for the missiles provided by the U.S. to be used on Russian territory. Following this decision, which drew reactions from many countries, reports emerged that Ukrainian forces had used the missiles on Russian soil.

Immediately after this critical decision, Putin signed the revised nuclear doctrine. The doctrine states, "Any attack by a state against the Russian Federation or its allies within the framework of a military coalition will be considered an attack by that coalition."

RUSSIA HAS STARTED PRODUCING MOBILE SHELTERS

As the world faces the risk of nuclear war in the Russia-Ukraine conflict, the new step taken by Russia has heightened these concerns. In response to the potential risk of a nuclear war, the mass production of portable shelters has begun. These shelters, announced by a research institute under the Ministry of Emergencies, can provide protection against shock waves and radiation in the event of a possible nuclear attack.

CAN PROTECT FOR 48 HOURS

A report in the Russian press stated that the shelters, named 'KUB-M', can provide protection for 48 hours against possible disasters. The institute explained that the protections offered by the mass-produced mobile shelter include explosions and shrapnel from conventional weapons, hazardous chemicals, and fires.

CAPACITY OF 54 PEOPLE

These mobile shelters, which resemble containers from the outside, consist of 2 modules and can be easily transported by trucks. The research institute described the mobile shelter as "a multifunctional structure that protects people from various threats arising from natural disasters and human-made accidents." The shelter was declared an "important step towards ensuring the safety of citizens."
