Russian President Vladimir Putin said, "We agree with the proposals for a ceasefire in Ukraine, but it needs to ensure long-term peace and provide solutions to the issues that caused the war."

Russian President Vladimir Putin made a statement regarding the ceasefire proposal put forward by Ukraine and the United States.

"WE AGREE WITH THE CEASEFIRE PROPOSALS, BUT..."

Putin stated that they agree on ending hostilities, emphasizing that the ceasefire should be long-term and address the root causes of the war. Putin said, "We agree with the proposals regarding the ceasefire in Ukraine, but it needs to ensure long-term peace and provide solutions to the issues that caused the war."

"UKRAINE CAN BENEFIT FROM A TEMPORARY CEASEFIRE"

On the other hand, Putin expressed his doubts about the ceasefire, stating, "Ukraine may take advantage of the temporary ceasefire for mandatory mobilization and arms supply; it needs to be decided how this will be controlled."

"UKRAINIAN SOLDIERS IN KURSK HAVE TWO OPTIONS"

Putin also commented on the Kursk region, saying, "Ukrainian soldiers in Kursk have two options; either surrender or perish. Will the Ukrainian soldiers in Kursk withdraw when there is a ceasefire?"

THANK YOU TO TRUMP

Putin also thanked U.S. President Donald Trump for his interest in the Ukraine issue.
