As the deadline for the March 10 agreement in Syria approached, the SDF requested an extension, which was rejected by the Damascus administration on the grounds that it did not see "goodwill." It is reported that the organization, which is reluctant to integrate, is seeking the Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Defense, and Interior. While the Damascus administration is now preparing for a military operation, it is claimed that the Turkish Armed Forces have also made a military buildup around the Tishrin Dam.
The deadline given under the agreement signed on March 10 between the Syrian government and the SDF has expired. It has been learned that the SDF, which is reluctant to integrate, requested an extension, but the Syrian government did not accept this request on the grounds that the organization "did not show goodwill."
It is stated that the SDF, which has not taken steps to implement the 8 articles of the agreement, is not only reluctant to military integration but also to administrative and economic integration. The organization, which controls a large area in the east of the Euphrates, is noted to hold not only oil and gas fields but also strategic water resources in the Euphrates-Tigris basin and a strong area in terms of agriculture and livestock. It is emphasized that the reintegration of these regions into the central administration is of critical importance for Syria's economic recovery.
REQUEST FROM 3 MINISTRIES
According to a report in Yeni Şafak, it was claimed that the SDF requested the Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Defense, and Interior from the Syrian government, but the Syrian government firmly opposed these requests. Sources emphasized that the SDF did not display a constructive attitude regarding the process, while assessing that preparations for a possible military operation have gained momentum.
MESSAGE OF OPERATION FROM TRIBES IN THE EAST OF THE EUPHRATES
While it is stated that the influence of tribes is significant in areas with a dense Arab population in the east of the Euphrates, it was recalled that Arab tribal representatives who came together in Deir ez-Zor announced that they would initiate a military operation if the SDF did not comply with the March 10 Agreement.
CLAIM THAT THE TSK HAS DEPLOYED AROUND TISHRIN
On the other hand, claims have emerged that the Turkish Armed Forces have made military deployments around the Tishrin Dam with the new year. In a previous statement by the Ministry of National Defense, it was mentioned that "if the Syrian government decides to take initiative for the unity and integrity of Syria, Turkey will provide support."
