The 55-year-old rapper Sean "Diddy" Combs is serving his prison sentence for two separate prostitution offenses at the Metropolitan Detention Center in New York. The artist, who has been incarcerated since September 2024, has the opportunity to shorten his sentence thanks to good behavior credits. It is reported that Diddy, who has not received any disciplinary penalties, could be released before the summer of 2028.

TRANSFER REQUEST DENIED
Combs' request to be transferred to Fort Dix Prison in New Jersey, citing that it is closer to his family and has a drug rehabilitation program, was recently denied.
Authorities indicated that the possibility of Combs being sent to another federal prison is being evaluated in the future.

Diddy's career collapsed after scandals involving his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura. In 2016, footage of him assaulting Ventura in a hotel corridor emerged in 2024. Following this footage, Combs was arrested on charges of prostitution and human trafficking. During the trial process, Combs was acquitted of some charges but found guilty of immoral prostitution acts.
