Sharing on his social media account, Ortaç stated, "A news has been made on the internet, saying that Canan Karatay gave a cream and it relieved Serdar's pain. It's completely false. Yes, my pain has passed, I got up, I can walk. I regained my health due to the treatment of my own doctor and quitting alcohol and cigarettes. I had nothing to do with any cream."
