Uslu, 33, who met Filipino Angela Narciza through an online war game, stated that he initially thought the person he was playing against was male. When he learned through messaging that the person was a woman, he wanted to confirm and asked Angela Narciza for her social media account. After seeing Filipino Narciza's social media account and her photos, Uslu began to like her. Although Filipino Narciza was initially not in favor of a relationship, she also started to like him as their conversation continued. As this situation between the two turned into love after a while, neither distance nor different cultures mattered. The couple, who fell in love, got married in the Ezine district of Çanakkale with Turkish traditions and customs.

Foreign bride Angela Narciza recounted their meeting story: "First of all, I want to thank everyone. I met my husband Sacit Uslu online. He had very handsome photos. I fell in love very quickly. When Sacit sent me the first hello message, I replied hello to him. We started messaging on social media. After a while, Sacit sent me a video of him playing the guitar. I was very impressed by those videos of my now-husband. Now, the different culture, the atmosphere, and Turkey are very beautiful. I really liked Turkish weddings, people, and food."

Sacit Uslu, who said he met his Filipino wife Angela in a computer game, stated, "I had emotional times due to another relationship. I was really into computer games. I met her in a game. I initially thought she was male. She was becoming a sniper and hitting what she shot. Very good and all. Then I sent a friendship request in the game. I was even saying ‘Bro’ and stuff. In the end, she couldn't hold back and said 'I am sis' to me. I didn't believe it when she said she was a woman. I asked for her social media account. She gave it, and I added her from there. I saw she was beautiful, with such slanted eyes. Suddenly, I started to like her, but she didn't give me any signals at first. I also saw that she was playing the guitar in her pictures. To impress her, I sent my own guitar videos. That way, she gradually got influenced too," he said.

Uslu, who stated that they overcame the differences together, said, "Although there were differences, we overcame them together. Other cultures and countries were a bit strange at first. Later, I showed her pictures of everything, videos of every detail. Gradually, she warmed up. Then, of course, financial situations and the pandemic came into play. Later, last year, I finally overcame the financial situation and went to the Philippines. Due to my age, my mother received it very well. I am 33 years old, so you know the typical Turkish woman's concern about marriage; she didn't mind. She was even happier and liked it more when she saw Angela. She is very cheerful and very friendly. We communicate in English as a common language. I learned a bit of Filipino, Tagalog, thanks to her. She also learned Turkish. We have a wedding coming up; we are excited and happy," he expressed.
