Colleagues of Mithat Can Yalman, who served as a prosecutor candidate at the Adana Courthouse and was staying at a hotel in the city, reported the situation to the police after not hearing from him for a long time. Following the report, police and medical teams were dispatched to the hotel where Mithat Can Yalman was staying. The medical teams determined that Yalman had passed away in his hotel room. Yalman, who is suspected to have committed suicide, was taken to the morgue of the Adana Forensic Medicine Institution after an examination was conducted at the scene. Tunç stated, "We are deeply saddened by the passing of our prosecutor candidate Mithat Can Yalman, who was interning at the Adana Courthouse. I wish God's mercy upon our prosecutor candidate, and I extend my condolences and patience to his family and loved ones. An immediate judicial and administrative investigation has been initiated following this tragic event, and the process is being closely monitored," he expressed.
